Declarations of candidacy must be received by Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

ALAPCAE Elections will be held during the summer 2021 conference.  Voting will take place from conference opening until Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 4:00 pm. 

ALAPCAE's Constitution and By-Laws require three ALAPCAE members to assist in the election process with the Board Committee Chair.  ALAPCAE Board Members should be utilized as long as they are not on the ballot. 

 

A list of eligible voters (current ALAPCAE members - as of April 30, 2021) will be used during elections to ensure that only ALAPCAE members are voting.  The volunteer poll workers will make certain that the voter is an ALAPCAE member.  The member will then vote and turn in their ballot.

Declare your candidacy for the following positions:

  • President-Elect (serves a 3-year term as President-Elect, President, then Ex-Officio/Past President)

  • Treasurer

  • Secretary

  • Parliamentarian/Historian

  • Member-at-Large

  • District 1 Representative

  • District 3 Representative

  • District 5 Representative

  • District 7 Representative

  • District 9 Representative
